Jiahua Chen, Ph.D.
Mr. Chen is a researcher at the Photonics Research Center at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO). He graduated in 1970 from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He joined the PRC in 1995. Since then, he has been doing research and development on optical fiber sensors and their practical applications.
